Graphic Designer
Cartwright Pickard is looking for a talented junior graphic designer or recent graduate to join our London studio on an initial 12\-month fixed\-term contract, with the possibility to turn into a permanent position in the future. This is an opportunity to play a central role in how an award\-winning architecture practice presents its work to the world.
You’ll work across the full breadth of our visual communications \- from designing bid documents and marketing materials to creating social media content and laying out research publications. No two weeks will look the same, and you’ll gain experience that spans print, digital, and everything in between.
What You’ll Do
- Design bid documents, presentations, and pitch materials that help us win new work
- Produce marketing collateral including project sheets, capability documents, and case studies
- Create engaging digital content for our website and social media channels
- Lay out reports, guides, and thought\-leadership publications to a high standard
- Manage and develop the practice’s design templates, brand assets, and image library
- Coordinate with photographers, printers, and other external partners
What We're Looking For
- A degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related subject
- A strong portfolio showing layout, typography, and visual design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- A keen eye for detail and a high standard of presentation
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and work to deadlines
- A genuine interest in architecture and the built environment
Due to the highly collaborative nature of our work and studios, this role is based full\-time in our London studio.
