We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead to join our Engineering team. The Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead is responsible for leading software engineering teams to successfully develop and implement features, troubleshoot technical challenges, and manage product releases. This role involves planning large tasks, delegating work effectively, and ensuring high code quality through rigorous pull request reviews. The Tech Lead is accountable for delivering complex, production-ready features to QA, addressing roadblocks with persistence, and collaborating with team members to solve problems. With expertise in at least one coding area (backend, frontend, or devops), they ensure alignment with industry standards and promote a big-picture understanding of business challenges. This role also mentors junior engineers, supports hiring and training, and drives continuous improvements in code quality, system health, and QA practices. The Tech Lead fosters transparency within the team, communicates technical decisions clearly, and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. About You 
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">6+ years of professional experience working in both react and node.js</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of professional experience in software development.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience supporting teams or collaborating with subject matter experts, with a focus on contributing to team success and learning from leadership.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong technical expertise and understanding of industry trends, with the ability to provide insights and assistance to the team when needed.</li>
