With annual marketing investment exceeding £10m and ambitious growth plans, we're looking for a creative and commercially minded Senior Social Content \& Community Lead to help shape the future of our organic social presence.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of organic social content across multiple home and interiors brands.
This is a hands\-on role focused on content creation, storytelling, audience growth and community engagement. You'll create social\-first content that increases reach, strengthens brand awareness and supports wider business objectives.
You'll be responsible for developing scalable content series, producing engaging platform\-native content and using performance insights to continually improve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop organic social strategy across multiple brands
- Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube
- Produce short\-form video, reels, stories, carousels and campaign content
- Plan, film and edit social\-first video content
- Develop recurring content formats and social campaigns
- Identify trends, reactive opportunities and emerging platform behaviours
- Grow audience engagement and community interaction
- Collaborate with CRM, Brand, Creative and Commercial teams
- Analyse performance and optimise content based on insights
Essential
- 3\+ years' experience in social media or content creation
- Proven success creating high\-performing organic content
- Strong video creation and editing skills
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability
- Experience using content performance data to drive improvement
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
- Experience within interiors, lifestyle, retail or home brands
- Multi\-brand experience
- Knowledge of social commerce and creator\-led content
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Premiere Pro
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Canva Pro
Portfolio Required

We're particularly interested in seeing creative thinking, storytelling and evidence of content that has delivered measurable results.
Pay: £33,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
