Senior Site Engineer (Civil) – Dublin

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily site engineering activities.


• Set out and supervise civil engineering works in accordance with project drawings and specifications.


• Ensure compliance with project programmes, quality standards, and health \& safety requirements.


• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.


• Monitor site progress and provide regular reports to senior management.


• Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.


• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.


• Assist with planning, resource allocation, and problem\-solving on site.


• Mentor and support junior engineers and site staff.


• Maintain accurate site records, surveys, and as\-built documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.


• 5\+ years' experience in a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer role.


• Strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure, or groundworks projects.


• Proficient in setting out using GPS, Total Station, and surveying equipment.


• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, specifications, and regulations.


• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced project environment.


• Full clean driving licence.
