- Monitor market trends, EU policies and funding programmes relevant to semiconductors and advanced digital infrastructures
- Understand companies’ technological and innovation needs, with particular attention to semiconductor readiness and adoption barriers
- Position and articulate LU\-CCC and Luxinnovation services clearly and consistently to drive industry uptake of semiconductor technologies, with a strong focus on startups and SMEs
- Support access to technology transfer pathways, funding schemes, and collaborative R\&D projects
- Build and animate a national semiconductor ecosystem connecting startups, SMEs, industrial players, research organisations, universities, technology and infrastructure providers (HPC, AI, secure computing), and European semiconductor networks
- Facilitate cross\-sector and cross\-border collaborations within the European value chain, particularly across the Greater Region
- Ensure effective follow up and coordination of activities through structured relationship management
- Coordinate the Luxembourg Chips Competence Centre (LU\-CCC) in line with the EU Chips Act objectives and grant agreement obligations under the Digital Europe Programme
- Act as national coordinator and interface with European partners (Chips Joint Undertaking, European Chips Competence Centres network, EDIHs, pilot lines)
- Ensure coherence, quality and timely delivery of LU\-CCC activities (first entry point services, technology transfer, training, funding facilitation, ecosystem development)
- Contribute to EU level reporting, performance monitoring and KPIs, in collaboration with internal project management and finance teams
- Support the definition and continuous update of the national semiconductor roadmap in line with European priorities
- Increase industry engagement, particularly among startups and SMEs new to the semiconductor domain
- Drive conversion from awareness to concrete projects, partnerships and funding successes
