<h3>Key responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ensure regulatory compliance in highly regulated environments (GxP, SOX, GDPR) within SAP landscapes.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Manage user access and segregation of duties (SoD) using SAP GRC Access Control to prevent risks, conflicts of interest, and fraud.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Analyze, assess, and mitigate business and IT risks, including financial, operational, and compliance risks.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Design and implement automated controls in SAP to ensure effective enforcement of policies and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Actively collaborate with internal and external audit teams, preparing documentation, evidence, and compliance reports.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leading or supporting governance and compliance optimization projects.</li>

<h3>Requirements:</h3>
<div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol"><strong>Mandatory:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">5+ years of senior-level experience working with SAP GRC, particularly SAP GRC Access Control.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Proven experience in highly regulated environments, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Solid knowledge of GxP, SOX, and GDPR regulations.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Functional knowledge of SAP modules relevant to Pharma: QM, MM, SD, PP.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">SAP GRC or governance, risk, and compliance-related certifications.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Professional level of English.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience leading initiatives or coordinating teams.</li>
