The successful candidate will be confident, polished and commercially driven, with excellent local market knowledge and a proven track record in winning instructions and achieving sales.

About You
- Minimum of 2 years' estate agency experience.
- Strong valuation, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of the residential property market and sales process.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Experience with estate agency CRM systems is advantageous.
