Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator or Manager to join our team. This role involves leading negotiations with clients, managing sales processes, and fostering strong relationships to maximise revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to sales. Previous administrative experience in a Sales Negotiator role within an Estate Agency at minimum is required. This position offers an engaging environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the growth and success of our organisation. Working within a small and fun team you will be involved in the day to day running of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex sales negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable outcomes for both parties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst identifying new business opportunities

  • Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and sales documentation in line with company standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to facilitate seamless sales processes

  • Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the negotiation cycle

  • Maintain accurate records of negotiations, client interactions, and sales activities using organisational tools

  • Assist in training junior team members on negotiation techniques and organisational procedures

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales approaches
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a sales or negotiation role, within the property industry

  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly

  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate confidently whilst maintaining professional integrity

  • Proactive attitude with strong problem\-solving capabilities
