Position OverviewSupport Manager, who maintains primary responsibility, in Partner store business managing, monitoring and driving product assortment.

Manage the pre\-plan and buying process with full autonomy and ensure seasonal product training.

Ensure the right selection and product timing in the store to guarantee the correct image and performance, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

Central point for all the multifunctionality activities to support of existing and new partner store. Essential Duties \& Responsibilities* Preplan process;

• Starting base salary equal to €39,000 (full\-time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender\-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location.


• Contractual level: CCNL Commercio \- Level 3


• Target Bonus: the role is eligible for a discretionary bonus. Any payout will be subject to the achievement of specific performance metrics and will be determined in accordance with the applicable bonus plan rules.


• Meal Vouchers: €8\.65/day per worked day of at least 6 hours.
