Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join our team.

The Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customers throughout the complete vehicle purchasing journey, ensuring exceptional levels of service and professionalism at every stage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and responding to sales enquiries from multiple lead sources
- Conducting customer qualification and needs analysis
- Producing and sending personalised vehicle video presentations
- Managing customer activity through CRM systems
- Arranging and conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Presenting finance options and assisting customers with finance applications
- Liaising with lenders and finance providers
- Managing vehicle reservations and sales administration
- Conducting professional vehicle handovers
- Building long\-term customer relationships and generating repeat business
- Maintaining full compliance with FCA and dealership procedures
We are seeking an experienced automotive sales professional with a strong understanding of dealership operations and the UK used car market.
The successful candidate will possess:
Essential Experience
- Proven track record in automotive sales
- Previous experience within a franchised or independent dealership environment
- Strong closing skills and a customer\-focused approach
- Experience handling finance applications and vehicle funding processes
- Experience valuing part exchanges and appraising vehicles
- Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills
- Strong organisational and CRM management skills
- Full UK driving licence
You will have a strong understanding of:
- The UK used car market
- Vehicle pricing and market trends
- Part exchange valuation processes
- Stock turn and stock management principles
- Stock profiling and vehicle sourcing strategies
- Dealership sales processes and operational procedures
- Finance products including HP, PCP and personal loans
- Major UK motor finance lenders and their lending criteria
- FCA regulations and compliant selling practices
- Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
