As a Supervisor, you’re at the centre of the operation setting the pace, leading the team, and making sure every shift runs sharp, smooth, and full of energy. You’ll support the management team while leading from the floor, driving standards and bringing the best out of those around you.

You’ll run your section while moving as part of one tight team keeping service sharp, smooth, and full of life.

As a supervisor you will

• Lead from the front, setting the tone and raising standards across every shift


• Support, coach, and motivate the team to deliver high energy, consistent service


• Keep service flowing with pace, control, and precision


• Build strong, natural connections with guests and handle feedback with confidence


• Work with kitchen and bar to deliver one tight, aligned service


• Support management with day\-to\-day operations and team organisation

• Full in\-house training provided through our bespoke RISE platform
