As a Senior New Homes Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of the customer journey:
- Manage new homes sales from enquiry through to completion
- Conduct viewings, show home tours, and virtual appointments
- Deliver a consultative, lifestyle-led sales experience
- Convert enquiries into reservations and completed sales
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of buyers
- Work closely with marketing and head office teams
- Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation
- Experience in new homes sales, property sales, or estate agency
- Proven track record in a target-driven B2C sales role
- Confident communicator with strong closing and negotiation skills
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Passion for property and new homes
- Experience selling off-plan or luxury property
- Knowledge of the Devon / South West market
