We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Senior Research Associate I to join our dedicated Neuroscience research team. As a Senior Research Associate I, you will be a key player in executing experiments to support target discovery and validation for Parkinson’s disease. This role is well-suited for a candidate with a passion for scientific exploration.

You are a motivated and detail-oriented scientist who enjoys hands-on laboratory work and contributing within a multidisciplinary research environment. <h3>What You’ll Do</h3>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Execute biochemical and cell-based assays to support Parkinson’s disease drug discovery.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct experiments using a variety of cell culture, molecular biology, and high-content imaging techniques.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in troubleshooting experiments, optimizing protocols, and addressing technical challenges to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain organized and comprehensive records of experiments, results, and protocols in adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in the maintenance, procurement, and inventory management of laboratory equipment and supplies.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Uphold a culture of safety by strictly following laboratory protocols and promoting best practices in accordance with regulatory guidelines.</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Master’s degree with 2 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related experience in Biology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated excellence in cell culture techniques. Experience working with primary neuronal cultures, iPSC-derived cells, and/or complex co-culture model systems is a plus.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated excellence in standard cell biology, biochemistry, and protein detection and quantification techniques (such as ELISA and MSD).</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with high-content imaging analysis (Harmony, ImageJ, MetaXpress).</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate research findings effectively.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Highly self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new experimental and analytical approaches.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and adherence to regulatory guidelines.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Willingness to play a role in day-to-day activities supporting general laboratory tasks.</li>
<li>Experience handling 96- and 384-well assay formats and/or automated liquid handling systems (e.g., Bravo, EL406) is a plus.</li>
