We are seeking an ambitious and results\-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to successful placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist high\-quality candidates.
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Negotiate offers and provide expert market advice to clients and candidates.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Prepare job advertisements and promote vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Maintain accurate records within the ATS/CRM system and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Consultant, or Agency Recruiter.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting across professional, commercial, IT, engineering, healthcare, finance, or similar sectors is advantageous.
- Confident using recruitment software, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Highly organised, self\-motivated, and target driven.
