Key Responsibilities - Senior Recruitment Consultant
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Lead and grow a successful education recruitment desk in Reading
- Develop strategic partnerships with Headteachers, School Leaders, and Multi-Academy Trusts across Reading and Berkshire
- Drive new business opportunities through consultative sales and relationship-building
- Mentor and support Recruitment Consultants within the Reading team
- Deliver against revenue targets and key performance objectives
- Identify growth opportunities within the Reading education recruitment market
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality teaching and support staff
- Represent Academics Reading as a trusted recruitment partner
