We are looking for an experienced and driven (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) on a fixed term basis to join our Global BusinessTalent Acquisition team, supporting hiring in Germany HQ & Europe for corporate/business roles. In this role, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment, partner with senior stakeholders, and help shape hiring strategies across a broad range of business functions. 
This role is based in Munich (hybrid model) and is offered as a 15-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Own end-to-end recruitment for business/corporate roles in Germany & Europe, covering multiple functions and seniority levels </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, shaping hiring strategies and defining effective sourcing and assessment approaches </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactively source and engage diverse talent pools using creative, data-driven methods across multiple channels </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead and conduct structured interviews independently, ensuring a consistent, high-quality selection process </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Use recruitment KPIs and ATS reporting (e.g., Greenhouse) to drive data-informed hiring decisions </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Deliver an excellent candidate experience while actively strengthening and representing the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects, focused on improving processes, scalability, and ways of working </li>
</ul>
<h3>About You </h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">4+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience hiring business/corporate roles across multiple functions (e.g. finance, HR, marketing, sales, operations etc.) and seniority levels </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and build trusted relationships </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Resilient and agile, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities without losing focus or quality </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong active sourcing expertise with the ability to build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Confident using data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent in English, German is a strong plus </li>
