What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6\.
- Support coordination with design, engineering, project, and commercial teams to ensure accurate progress tracking.
- Assist in preparing progress reports, resource plans, and critical path analyses.
- Identify programme risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to tender programmes and bid submissions with realistic timelines.
- Ensure compliance with client reporting requirements and contractual obligations.
- Participate in programme review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing on planning best practice.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in programme management and reporting processes.

What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
- Experience in the UK Water or Utilities sector (water and wastewater preferred)
- 5–8 years’ experience in project planning within the infrastructure or utilities sector
- Proficient user of Primavera P6 with experience supporting complex programmes
- Good understanding of NEC contract planning requirements
- Experience supporting design \& build or framework delivery programmes
- Understanding of 4D planning and scheduling (Desirable)
- Exposure to collaborative planning approaches (Desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into clear plans
- Understanding of cost and resource\-loaded programme management
- Collaborative team player with a structured and detail\-oriented approach
