VEI Global (Voice Engineer Ireland Ltd) specialises in mobile signal boosting (GSM/DAS), Wi\-Fi infrastructure, Microsoft Teams telephony, and Luware Nimbus contact centre deployments. We work with clients including Lidl, European Parliament and Pfizer, delivering connectivity solutions across EU and North America.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex Wi\-Fi, LAN and mobile signal boosting infrastructure projects. You will own projects from discovery through design, procurement, installation, testing, migration, and service transition. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multisite or high\-density network infrastructure deployments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the full lifecycle, from mobilisation and requirements gathering through design, implementation, acceptance, handover, and closure.


• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering surveys, design approvals, procurement, staging, cabling, installation, configuration, testing, migration, training, and service transition.


• Establish clear project scope, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and governance arrangements.


• Support the preparation of statements of work, delivery estimates, implementation plans, assumptions, exclusions, and commercial proposals.


• Manage change control and assess the impact of scope changes on schedule, cost, resources, technical design, and contractual obligations.


• Review supplier quotations, bills of materials, engineering estimates, and implementation charges for accuracy and completeness.


• Coordinate installation schedules with subcontractors and technical teams, ensuring works are delivered on time and within scope


• Chair project kick\-offs, progress meetings, steering committees, readiness reviews, and lessons\-learned sessions.


• Ensure effective transition into operational support, including documentation, monitoring, support processes, and knowledge transfer.


• Maintain auditable project records and ensure adherence to internal delivery standards, contractual commitments, and customer governance requirements.

• Significant experience delivering complex technology or network\-infrastructure projects


• Proven ability to manage projects from requirements and survey through design, rollout, testing, and operational handover.


• Proactive, self\-motivated approach with the ability to take ownership of project tasks


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients and technical teams


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel


• Recognised project\-management certification, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner

• 3\+ years experience in a Senior Project Manager role


• Familiarity with GSM/DAS, Wi\-Fi, or telephony systems


• Recognised project\-management certification, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner


• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM


• Vendor certification relating to platforms such as Cisco, HPE Aruba Networking or Fortinet


• Full clean driving licence
