As a senior member of our team, youll be responsible for the end\-to\-end management of site investigation projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and commercial performance. Your role goes beyond project delivery: youll be a mentor, client partner, and technical authority helping to shape the direction of both our projects and our people. Key Responsibilities:* Lead and manage multiple ground investigation projects from inception to completion.
- Approve project\-specific RAMs, financial programmes, and deliverables.
- Champion safety, technical integrity, and innovation in project delivery.
- Build and strengthen client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
- Oversee and mentor logging, reporting, and data quality assurance.
- Support the bid team in pricing and tendering for new work.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and geologists.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Earth Sciences, Engineering Geology, or Geotechnical Engineering (Masters advantageous).
- Proven track record in site investigation project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of GI specifications, Eurocode 7, British Standards, ICE/NEC contracts.
- Excellent client management and leadership skills.
- PTS certification desirable (training can be provided).
- Commitment to raising standards and sharing knowledge.
