Our client is looking for a Senior PMO to support a large\-scale strategic transformation programme within a complex, multi\-country environment. The consultant will be embedded directly within project streams and will work closely with Stream Leads, the Country Delivery Manager and transversal PMO teams.

The mission requires a strong PMO profile with excellent governance, reporting, coordination and communication skills, as well as experience in large IT replatforming or operational transformation programmes.

The Senior PMO will support Stream Leads in the daily steering and execution of their activities.

Main responsibilities include

Applying project governance, methods and drumbeat defined by the transversal PMO.

Supporting stream meetings, ceremonies and follow\-up routines.

Steering intra\-stream planning and coordinating dependencies with other streams.

Identifying risks, issues and dependencies, and supporting mitigation or remediation actions.

Facilitating workshops and deep dives on specific stream\-related topics.

Consolidating and qualifying information to highlight key messages and decision points.

Preparing executive\-level documentation, reporting and steering committee material.

Producing recurrent and on\-demand progress and risk reports.

Ensuring rigorous and continuous updates in JIRA.

Supporting collaboration across several countries and organizational layers.

You have the following skills

Senior PMO experience in complex IT transformation programmes.

Strong experience in project governance, planning, reporting and risk management.

Experience with large IT replatforming projects.

Ability to understand business processes in the context of an operational transformation.

Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills.

Strong executive\-level reporting and slide deck preparation skills.

Experience with JIRA and structured project follow\-up.

Ability to work in a complex, multi\-layered and international environment.

Fluent trilingual level in French, Dutch and English.

Experience in energy, utilities or large\-scale operational environments is a strong plus.

Votre profil

You have at least 7 years of professional experiences in IT

If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best

You’re eager to learn, motivated and curious
