This Senior Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to lead high-profile occupier fit out projects for a range of corporate clients across the capital. The successful Senior Project Manager will take ownership of complex schemes, managing stakeholder relationships and project teams whilst delivering exceptional outcomes within fast-paced commercial environments.
This Senior Project Manager role would suit an experienced consultant with a strong background in occupier-led fit out projects. The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary client contact, leading projects from initial briefing through to completion whilst mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
The Senior Project Manager's role The Senior Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of occupier fit out projects across London, ensuring projects are completed to programme, budget and quality expectations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as lead Senior Project Manager on occupier fit out projects
- Managing projects from strategic briefing through to completion
- Leading client relationships and stakeholder engagement activities
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers
- Overseeing procurement and tender processes
- Monitoring project performance and reporting to clients
- Supporting business development and client retention initiatives
- Mentoring and supporting junior project management professionals
- Strong occupier fit out project experience within the commercial sector
- Experience leading projects through the full project lifecycle
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong programme, risk and financial management capabilities
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
- Chartered status or progress towards MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior colleagues
