As part of our continued growth across the North West, we are looking to appoint an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join our Regional Build team based in Warrington.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the successful delivery of major construction projects across a diverse portfolio, including commercial, education, healthcare, and public sector developments. You’ll take full ownership of projects from pre\-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

As a senior leader within the business, you will play a key role in driving performance, developing teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, helping to secure and deliver future work across the region.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Project Manager you will:

• Leading the end\-to\-end delivery of medium to large\-scale construction projects


• Managing project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high\-quality delivery


• Taking accountability for programme, budget, and commercial performance


• Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact


• Leading project planning, risk management, and reporting processes


• Collaborating closely with pre\-construction, commercial, and design teams


• Mentoring and developing project managers and wider team members


• Identifying and contributing to future business opportunities.

You will have the following:

• Extensive experience in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role within construction


• Proven track record delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, or public sector


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent commercial awareness and contract management experience


• Strong understanding of construction processes, planning, and risk management


• Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships


• Relevant qualification (e.g. construction, engineering, or related discipline).
