What you'll be doing
------------------------

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our busy and friendly team, in a varied and creative role. You will work across a range of mono and colour titles from our prestigious and award\-winning YA and middle grade lists, as well our heritage brand Enid Blyton. You will be responsible for all aspects of production, from initial concept through to delivery. You will predominantly work on frontlist titles including highly specced special editions as well as ebooks and some foreign language co\-editions.

  • You will be highly organised and comfortable in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • You’ll enjoy working as part of a team and building relationships with colleagues and suppliers alike.

  • You’ll enjoy problem solving and be able to demonstrate great attention to detail.

  • You’re quick to learn new systems and processes.

  • You’ll be a strong negotiator with good numeracy and administration skills.

  • You will be dynamic, proactive, positive and solutions focused.

  • You will be proficient in Biblio.

The role will be based at our London or Sheffield office, with a blend of in\-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
