Join us as a Product Manager on our Savings team to define and launch Qonto's first standalone Savings products — passbook accounts, term deposits, and beyond. As Qonto becomes a bank, Savings sits alongside Credit as a foundational pillar of our next chapter — and it's still wide open to shape. You'll directly impact deposit growth, customer retention, and the future of our banking offer across European markets. You will report to Arnaud, Product Director.
➡️ What you'll do
Define the Savings product strategy: Map the competitive landscape and align your roadmap with deposit growth, retention, and bank-level revenue goals. Decide what to build — and what not to build.
Build and launch Qonto's first Savings products: Passbook, term deposit, account remuneration — take products from 0 to 1 and scale them across European markets.
Co-construct with Risk and ALM: Partner deeply with Risk and Asset Liability Management teams to build products that are compelling for customers and sound for the balance sheet.
Navigate regulation without losing velocity: Work hand-in-hand with Compliance and Legal on market-specific regulatory questions. You keep moving when the answer isn't obvious.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Engineers, Designers, Market Directors, and other Product teams to deliver Savings experiences SMEs trust.
➡️ What we're looking for
Savings product experience: Strong track record as a PM working on passbook accounts, term deposits, Money Market Funds, ETFs, or account remuneration. You've shipped at least one end-to-end.
Strategic product thinking: You map the Savings landscape, spot what's worth building, and call out what isn't. You think in outcomes and make clear trade-off decisions.
Comfort with regulated stakeholders: You engage with Risk, ALM, and Compliance as peers — co-building when it counts, challenging when necessary. You hold your position in technical trade-offs.
Regulated product instinct: Sharp judgement on the balance between commercial ambition, regulatory constraints, and balance-sheet impact.
Strong communication in English: You align Engineering, Risk, ALM, Market Directors, and Senior Leadership without losing momentum. French is a plus, not a requirement.
➡️ What we can offer you
A blank page in Qonto's most strategic domain: Savings is one of two foundational pillars (alongside Credit) of Qonto's banking future. Unlike Credit, the product is still being defined — you'll shape it from scratch.
Real banking product work: You'll operate at the intersection of banking infrastructure, regulated product design, and emerging tech. This isn't SaaS feature work — it's balance-sheet product management.
Deep cross-functional collaboration: Stable squads with genuine co-construction between Product, Risk, ALM, and Compliance. Strategic and technical thinking valued over shipping volume.
AI at the frontier of regulated products: You'll keep a close eye on how AI is changing how regulated products get built and shipped — and translate that into product opportunities.
➡️ Your future manager
Your manager will be Arnaud, Product Director at Qonto.
His path? Nearly 6 years at Qonto — Arnaud joined as Head of Risk in 2022, was promoted to Risk Director in 2024, and took on the additional role of Product Director in 2025. Before Qonto, he was Head of Data at Hokodo (trade credit insurance), Senior Manager Data & Analytics at KPMG UK, and Data Strategy Manager at Aspen Insurance Group in London. He holds an Executive Master in Quantitative Finance from Paris Dauphine and an Engineering degree from ISEP.
What does he bring to the team? A rare combination of risk expertise and product leadership. Arnaud understands both the balance-sheet implications and the product experience side of Savings — he's the person who ensures what you build is commercially compelling and financially sound. He brings data-driven decision-making and deep regulatory context from his dual Risk and Product roles.
