Senior Product Manager, Payments
<p>Navan is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our Payments platform, the critical infrastructure that powers billions of dollars in transaction volume for thousands of companies worldwide. </p>
<p>This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, financial infrastructure, and global expansion, defining how Navan moves money, manages relationships with banking and payment partners, and scales our payments capabilities into new markets. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape the future of how businesses manage corporate payments at scale.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Own the end-to-end experience for Navan Expense payments and payouts, from bank account configuration to payment routing, settlement, and reconciliation. You’ll build and manage intelligent systems that optimize for speed, reliability, cost, and compliance across multiple payment rails.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Build strategic relationships and integrations with banking partners, payment service providers, and fintech infrastructure companies.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Lead the expansion of Navan's payments capabilities into new geographies, navigating regulatory and compliance requirements, local banking infrastructure, and currency exchange dynamics.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Design, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver high-impact features from conception through launch.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain a prioritized roadmap focused on maximizing customer value while managing technical complexity and risk.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Use data and analytics to inform decisions, track success metrics, and continuously optimize payment performance.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of product management or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Strong product taste, judgement, and design thinking</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with agency and urgency.</li>
<li>AI fluency, using AI tools to accelerate your workflows and drive impact</li>
<li>Strong systems thinking to design scalable infrastructure that supports both current needs and future growth</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with banking partnerships, payment service providers, or embedded finance platforms</li>
<li>Knowledge of international payments and regulatory frameworks across multiple geographies</li>
<li>Background in high-growth fintech or B2B financial services</li>
<li>Technical degree or background enabling deeper engagement with engineering teams</li>
