Senior Product Manager II, Logistics
<h2><strong>About the role: What's in the Box</strong></h2>
<p>As HelloFresh scales globally, our Supply Chain Technology team is expanding to solve unique, high-stakes logistics challenges. In this role, you will lead our Shipping and Tracking Squad, taking ownership of scalable products that directly impact how millions of meal kits move through our logistics network and reach customer doorsteps. You will collaborate closely with engineering tribes and operational leaders across all HelloFresh markets to optimize existing shipping capabilities and build innovative 0-to-1 solutions.</p>
<p>At HelloTech, flexibility and cross-functional collaboration are core to how we work. While this role is aligned to a specific Alliance, strong candidates may also be considered for opportunities across different teams or projects.</p>
<h2><strong>What you’ll do: The Recipe</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Define and execute a clear mid-term vision for your domain, driving step-change improvements across logistics network design, execution, and shipping operations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a cross-functional tribe of engineers, product managers, and operational stakeholders across global markets.</li>
<li>Serve as the domain SME, mastering complex logistics challenges and ensuring our product suite delivers high usability and operational value.</li>
<li>Take a data-driven approach to deep-dive analytics, continuously evaluating, measuring, and optimizing product feature performance.</li>
<li>Drive end-user testing and change management to facilitate smooth feature rollouts across global operations.</li>
<li>Foster a customer-obsessed culture focused on delivering the highest quality delivery experience to HelloFresh customers.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What you’ll bring: The Ingredients </strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Strong senior/lead level of product management experience, preferably within e-commerce, logistics, or food tech environments.</li>
<li>Proven track record of solving complex operational challenges in large, multi-country environments by optimizing products and launching 0-to-1 innovations.</li>
<li>Strong analytical expertise paired with business acumen, capable of translating raw data into clear, actionable strategies.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex technical topics for diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Adaptable, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for building simple, scalable, and sustainable solutions.</li>
