Role: Senior Product Manager – HARIBO
Location: HARIBO Castleford (hybrid working; three days in the office and two days working from home). Occasional travel may also be required
Working hours: 38 hours per week
Salary: Competitive (plus up to a 7% bonus)
Position type: 12 – 15 month fixed term contract
We are on the hunt for a ‘Senior Product Manager’ to come and join our happy world of HARIBO!
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a sweet seat within our HARIBO UK\&I Marketing department where you will sit firmly within our Brand team.
You will be responsible for developing and executing our seasonal product pipeline in line with a 5\-year strategy to deliver sustainable growth against stretching growth targets and increasing business focus. How impressive does that sound!
You will report directly into our fantastic ‘Head of Marketing – HARIBO’ whilst also connecting with our wider Marketing department, HARIBO UK\&I departments as well as our global colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to connect with our external agency partners across consumer campaign development.

How you’ll contribute to the mix:
- Developing and delivering the HARIBO seasonal NPD pipeline based on deep consumer and category insights
- Scoping and implementing seasonal brand plans in line with 5\-year business strategies
- Managing product development across seasonal innovation projects through the Stage and Gate process
- Engaging key stakeholders to ensure internal alignment to NPD plans and leadership of cross\-functional team for excellent execution
- Supporting our Head of Marketing to manage and execute seasonal communication plans
- Direct management and development of one team member within seasonal product development.
- Working alongside team members to form brand plans and using data and insights to identify future opportunities and range optimisations
- Analysing and reporting seasonal range and campaign performance against targets
- Managing marketing budgets effectively
Do you bring strong product development experience within FMCG and are ready to take on your next challenge?
We are looking for someone who has impressive product management experience including the development of strong consumer relevant and commercially sound innovation, from concept through to launch.
Is project management one of your superpowers? We are looking for a marketeer who has experience in managing projects which are on time in full via Stage Gate process as well as utilising critical paths to track and manage delivery.
It is also important that you’re a natural when it comes to working collaboratively as well as leading cross\-functional teams, not forgetting effortless manging virtual stakeholder relationships. To truly thrive within this role, we are also looking for someone who has experience in implementing multichannel marketing campaigns.
To enable sweet success, commercial and brand management acumen is key. It is also important that you are a natural strategic thinker when it comes to all elements of brand marketing.
Are you a passionate data guru with a strong analytical ability? We are looking for someone who loves to get stuck into interpreting category, consumer and market data in order to identify personal opportunities and risks.
