The Role

The Senior Process Manager will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and implementing business process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, and overall organisational performance.

Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across multiple departments, you will be responsible for analysing existing operations, designing scalable solutions, and driving transformational change throughout the organisation. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical capability, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Process Strategy and Business Transformation

  • Develop and implement organisation\-wide process improvement strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, efficiency improvements, and cost optimisation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve service delivery

  • Establish process governance frameworks and ensure consistency across departments

  • Support long\-term business transformation programmes and strategic change initiatives
Process Analysis and Optimisation
  • Conduct detailed assessments of existing business processes and operational activities

  • Map, document, and redesign workflows to improve effectiveness and scalability

  • Analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas requiring improvement

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation

  • Introduce industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
Operational Performance Management
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness

  • Produce detailed performance reports and recommendations for senior management

  • Track improvement initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes are achieved

  • Develop frameworks for monitoring operational efficiency and productivity

  • Support departments in achieving operational targets and performance objectives
Project and Change Management
  • Lead complex process improvement projects from planning through implementation

  • Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive engagement

  • Support organisational change initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives
Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership
  • Build strong relationships with department leaders and key stakeholders

  • Act as a trusted advisor on process management and operational improvement matters

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and teams during process implementation

  • Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to senior leadership

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Compliance and Governance
  • Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies

  • Maintain accurate process documentation and governance controls

  • Support internal and external audit activities

  • Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures

  • Promote best practice standards across all business functions

RequirementsExperience and Skills
  • Significant experience in process management, operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement roles

  • Proven track record of leading successful process improvement programmes

  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow optimisation, and operational strategy

  • Experience managing large\-scale projects and cross\-functional initiatives

  • Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities

  • Experience developing performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and process management tools
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Lean Six Sigma certification at Green Belt or Black Belt level is highly desirable

  • Professional project management qualifications are advantageous
