What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver electrical engineering designs for complex projects, including LV systems, power distribution, backup power, lighting and associated building services systems.


• Lead the development of technical solutions and undertake engineering calculations and system design activities.


• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.


• Review design outputs and provide technical guidance to maintain quality and consistency.


• Support client interactions and contribute to technical discussions throughout project lifecycles.


• Mentor less experienced engineers and share technical knowledge across teams.


• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation and enhanced engineering performance.


• Support project planning, resource forecasting and design programme delivery.

• Strong experience delivering electrical building services engineering designs.


• Proven understanding of power distribution, standby power systems, lighting and associated electrical infrastructure.


• Experience leading design packages and managing technical deliverables.


• Strong coordination and communication skills within multidisciplinary project environments.


• Ability to review engineering work and solve complex technical challenges.


• Experience supporting clients, stakeholders and developing junior engineers.


• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations and best practices.
