About the job
As a Senior Pricing Manager, you will play a central role in the Pricing \& Tenders division \- a key function connecting businesses across Scandinavia.
Working in a cross\-functional environment, you will help shape pricing and tender decisions through sharp commercial insight, rigorous analysis, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the Scandinavian organisation.
In this role, you will take ownership of the pricing track in tenders and support the development of robust pricing and bid strategies that help Falck win business while protecting profitability and long\-term value.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Partner with key stakeholders across Scandinavia to define target prices and minimum price levels that are commercially sound, profitable, and risk\-aware
- Build business cases for tender pricing and develop effective pricing and bid strategies in close collaboration with local teams
- Lead the pricing track for tenders, including project coordination, decision support, and preparation of high\-quality materials for senior decision\-makers
- Drive alignment across the Falck Scandinavia portfolio by calculating business cases and prices based on commercial input from key stakeholders
- Analyse tender requirements, commercial opportunities, and underlying value drivers to support well\-founded pricing recommendations
- Translate complex data into clear actions that support growth, profitability, and long\-term value creation.

- You might not be seasoned in every aspect of the role yet, but to set you up for success, we imagine that you already have:
- Strong financial acumen paired with a commercial mindset
- Proven analytical skills, with experience in complex data analysis and pricing modelling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present pricing proposals clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences
- A relevant master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or Economics
- Full proficiency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is considered an advantage.
