About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer (AI, AWS \& Developer Experience) to help design and build the platform from the ground up. This is a hands\-on engineering role focused on AWS\-native application development, internal developer platforms, agentic AI, automation, and engineering governance.

You will create the tools, APIs, developer workflows, AI services, and platform capabilities that accelerate software delivery while embedding security, compliance, and operational excellence by default.

Key Responsibilities

• Build cloud\-native platform services, APIs, developer tooling, and automation on AWS.


• Design and develop AI\-powered engineering capabilities using AWS Bedrock and agentic AI frameworks.


• Create reusable platform patterns, templates, and developer accelerators that improve engineering productivity.


• Build serverless and event\-driven applications using AWS services.


• Develop AI\-enabled workflows, governance controls, and operational automation.


• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and engineering controls.


• Build and integrate internal developer platforms, self\-service capabilities, APIs, and developer experiences.


• Collaborate with engineering teams to define best practices for AI\-native software development.


• Drive platform quality through observability, automated testing, security, and documentation.

• Strong software engineering and application development background.


• Extensive hands\-on AWS development experience.


• Strong experience with:


• AWS Lambda


• API Gateway


• Step Functions


• EventBridge


• Serverless and event\-driven architectures


• Hands\-on experience with AWS Bedrock and AI\-native application development.


• Experience designing, developing, or integrating agentic AI solutions, AI assistants, autonomous workflows, or AI\-powered engineering tools.


• Experience using AI coding assistants and AI\-assisted engineering practices in daily development activities.


• Strong knowledge of developer platforms, developer tooling, and engineering enablement.


• Experience building cloud\-native APIs and platform services.


• Strong CI/CD automation experience using GitHub Actions.


• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.


• Experience embedding governance, security, compliance, and operational controls into delivery pipelines.


• Strong understanding of secure\-by\-design engineering principles.


• Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.


• Python and FastAPI.


• TypeScript and React.


• Developer Experience (DevEx) engineering.


• Internal Developer Platform (IDP) experience.


• Experience building AI platforms or AI\-enabled developer services.


• Financial Services or other regulated industry experience preferred


• Knowledge of AI governance, auditability, and responsible AI practices.
