As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of our customer acquisition strategy.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of performance marketing across a multi\-channel acquisition portfolio, leading strategy, optimisation and growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Native, Affiliates and Lead Generation channels.
Working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Data and IT, you'll play a critical role in delivering profitable growth, improving attribution, enhancing customer journeys and maximising marketing ROI.
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands\-on channel expertise, working closely with agencies while remaining close to campaign performance, optimisation and commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading our customer acquisition strategy across paid digital channels.
- Managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable for performance.
- Driving lead volume, lead quality and conversion performance.
- Identifying opportunities for growth through testing, optimisation and innovation.
- Developing and mentoring a high\-performing marketing team.
- Using data and insight to influence commercial decision\-making.

- Has strong experience within performance marketing and customer acquisition.
- Is commercially minded and passionate about delivering measurable growth.
- Has strong hands\-on experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and other digital acquisition channels.
- Can confidently influence stakeholders and manage agency partners.
- Has experience developing and leading successful teams.
- Has experience in managing acquisition budgets and making investment decisions to maximise return on marketing spend.
