Senior Operations Officer Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Operations Officer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, bringing your expertise to diverse client environments and contributing to their operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement and documentation of operational processes.


• Provide transparent, qualitative, and detailed information to the AMLCO to ensure regulatory and group reporting.


• Participate in the ongoing Risk and Control Assessment process by raising awareness of the entity's evolving risk exposure.


• Support and guide business teams (Sales, Boarding) for client onboarding and recertification, especially for clients with higher risk profiles.


• Ensure correct application of the Acceptance Policy and verify the completeness of KYC files, including documentary evidence.


• Liaise with colleagues to collect complementary information on common customers.


• Conduct extra verifications and request additional data or documentation when necessary.


• Advise business on necessary steps following verifications and confirm the appropriate level of validation of business relationships.


• Advise Senior Management or Acceptance Committee for business relationship approvals.


• Escalate any suspicions of money laundering by submitting UARs to the AMLCO in a timely manner.


• Support and guide business for handling AML alerts at the first level of control and analyze escalated alerts at the second level.


• Conduct in\-depth investigations and advise on necessary actions such as recertification, alert closure, or client offboarding.


• Support and guide business for handling PEP and sanctions screening alerts at the first level of control and analyze escalated alerts at the second level.


• Immediately escalate any potential sanctions hit to the AMLCO.

• Bachelor or Master degree.


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


• Good expertise in MS Office and familiarity with various IT tools.


• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferable.


• Strong interest in finance and banking products; experience with payment solutions is a plus.


• Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer\-oriented.


• Able to work independently, stress resistant, flexible, and a problem\-solver.


• Accuracy, precision, and quality\-minded.


• Language requirements: Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and French; profound knowledge of English.


• Expectation: 50% on site \& 50% homeworking.
