Senior Mobile Hydraulic Engineer (Full Time)

Fluiconnecto is a successful \& well\-established manufacturing and distribution business supplying hydraulic hose assemblies and related products to customers across the UK. Part of a global Group which has operations located around the world, the Group is focused on achieving excellence in the design, manufacture and supply of fluid conveyance solutions, components and associated equipment for high\-pressure hydraulics, refrigeration, and mining applications. Fluiconnecto is currently in the process of expanding our fleet of Mobile Hydraulic Engineers that can service our customers directly, giving the highest quality of service and product that can only be found at Fluiconnecto.

Your Role: The Face of Excellence On\-Site

As a Senior Mobile Hydraulic Engineer, you’ll be the frontline expert our customers rely on to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

Every day brings variety, from rapid breakdown response to scheduled on\-site service work. Equipped with a fully stocked company van and supported by our industry\-leading systems, you’ll deliver fast, high\-quality hydraulic solutions directly to customer sites.

You will:

• Diagnose and resolve hydraulic hose breakdowns efficiently


• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction


• Identify upsell opportunities and build strong client relationships


• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally


• Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked company vehicle


• Work closely with our Service Controller to ensure seamless operations


• Participate in a 1\-in\-4 on\-call Rota (with additional bonus rewards)

Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
On\-call rota: One week in four, with enhanced earning potential

We’re seeking experienced Senior Mobile Hydraulic Engineers with:

• 3–5\+ years’ industry experience


• The confidence to work independently


• The ability to mentor and support junior engineers


• A strong customer\-first mindset


• Reliability, punctuality, and pride in their work


• A full UK Driving Licence
