You must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described below combined with a passion for delivering exceptional service through your team.
Key responsibilities for the Senior Meetings \& Events Supervisor are;
- Be fully conversant with all Meeting \& Event rooms, layouts, product availability and all other associated aspects.
- Ensure that M\&E rooms not in use are in an appropriate state for show\-rounds of potential customers.
- Be present to meet and greet customers checking requirements and passing on relevant information (e.g. fire evacuation procedure, directions etc.).
- Supervise events such as private dinning/weddings/anniversaries etc.
- Ensure superior levels of food and beverage service to hotel guests are maintained.
- Ensure all areas are clean and maintained at all times.
- Ability to think on your feet if required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of hotel environment is an advantage.
