Senior Mechanical Pump Engineer.

We are looking for a self\-motivated and enthusiastic engineer to carry out in house pump repairs, skid builds and on site servicing.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience of stripping, inspecting and re\-building process pumps .

Applicants should hold a full driving licence, as you will be required to drive a company van.

The successful candidate will ideally

· Have experience of repairing different types of industrial pumps.

· A willingness to help and work as part of a team to complete jobs.

· Knowledge of working on all types of fluid systems and rotating equipment.

· Experience of the Wastewater environment would be preferred (not essential)

· Disconnection and connection of single and three phase Industrial motors and controls would be advantageous.

· Diagnose and correct faults with rotating equipment.

· Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

· Fill in reports on completion of jobs.

Hours of work: 39 hours per week Monday – Friday,

3 pm finish on Fridays.

Overtime when available.
