Responsibilities:
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth and brand awareness across key education markets.
Working collaboratively across Sales, Product, Commercial, Customer Success and Digital teams, the role holder will translate business objectives, customer insight and market intelligence into impactful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
The role will provide strategic leadership across brand, content, campaign development and partnership marketing, while fostering a high\-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration and professional growth. Through strong cross\-functional engagement and data\-driven decision making, the Senior Marketing Manager will play a critical role in increasing market share, strengthening customer relationships and accelerating business growth. - Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Use customer insight, market intelligence and performance data to inform strategic decision\-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the evolution of a digital\-first marketing approach, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all channels.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated, omni\-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Digital and Sales teams to develop effective go\-to\-market strategies and customer propositions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity to maximise impact and return on investment.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with trade associations, industry bodies, distributors and key partners.
- Leverage partner audiences and networks to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and market reach.
- Identify and implement collaborative marketing opportunities that support business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Commercial, Customer Success and Digital teams to align marketing activity with business priorities.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted marketing partner across the organisation.
- Champion a customer\-focused and collaborative approach to achieving shared business goals.
- Lead, coach and develop a high\-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Create clear development pathways, succession plans and opportunities to build marketing capability.
- Drive accountability, innovation and excellence across the team while promoting an inclusive and collaborative working environment.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring investment is aligned to strategic priorities and delivers measurable value.
Experience:
- Ideally within education or a multi\-channel environment.
- Strong track record of developing and delivering full\-funnel marketing strategies across multiple regions.
- Experience working with distributor models as well as direct\-to\-customer marketing approaches.
- Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels.
- Experience supporting product launches and working cross\-functionally with product teams.
- Strong leadership and team management capability.
