TF Solutions, part of Travis Perkins plc, is now hiring for a strategic and commercially focused Senior Marketing Manageron a 12\-month fixed\-term contract (Maternity Cover) to sit on our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

This is a high\-visibility leadership position where you will serve as the commercial driving force behind our market positioning, customer value propositions (CVPs), and overall revenue growth. Managing a team of two Marketing Executives and an annual budget of c. £300k, you will champion the voice of the customer at executive level while translating group strategy into high\-impact, integrated multichannel marketing plans.

Working Pattern \& Location

• Contract Type:12 Month Fixed\-Term Contract (Maternity Cover).


• Working Pattern:Full time, flexible business hours (flexibility required to support project milestones and deadlines).


• Location:Hybrid working arrangements where you will be expected to travel to various branches and supplier locations (2 home days)

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will join the TF Solutions Senior Leadership Team as the principal marketing authority.

You will lead the end\-to\-end delivery of the annual marketing strategy, aligning cross functional commercial, operational and sales teams to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, margin performance and retention.

In addition to overseeing direct channel delivery, you will manage external PR and social media agencies and lead Joint Initiative Fund (JIF) activity with key strategic suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing
------------------------

• Executive Leadership \& Strategy: Sitting on the Senior Leadership Team as the ultimate voice of the customer, shaping and executing the annual marketing strategy alongside the Managing Director.


• Team \& Budget Management: Leading, mentoring and developing two Marketing Executives while managing a total marketing budget.


• Campaign \& Multichannel Execution: Overseeing integrated multichannel marketing campaigns across digital, web, print and events. Ensuring customer value propositions are communicated effectively.


• Agency \& Supplier Management: Briefing and directing 3rd party PR, creative and social media agencies, while collaborating with commercial partners to execute joint supplier funding (JIF) activities.


• Data Insight \& Reporting: Analysing campaign performance, tracking customer growth and margin metrics and presenting actionable insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.


• Digital \& Web Governance: Ensuring website content, digital touchpoints and promotional messaging remain current and engaging with current market strategy.

Essential

• Experience in a progressive high velocity marketing role.


• Proven experience managing direct reports.


• Strong multichannel marketing expertise across digital, offline, PR and event production.


• Demonstrated capability in financial scrutiny, budget management and measuring campaign ROI.


• Excellent project management, data analysis and stakeholder presentation capabilities.


• High commercial acumen with the resilience to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We'd Particularly Like to See

• Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent professional qualification.


• Prior experience within trade distribution, merchanting, HVAC/R or commercial B2B sectors.


• Experience presenting business performance and customer strategy at board or SLT level.
