What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing plans across a range of initiatives in both the UK and international markets. Your work will bring together insight, creativity and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Lead the planning and delivery of multi\-channel marketing activity across digital, CRM, print, PR and events
- Develop clear, insight\-led marketing plans that support growth and business priorities
- Create marketing content that strengthens brand messaging and supports business objectives
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and securing buy\-in across the organisation
- Identify opportunities for growth through market insight, competitor analysis and customer understanding
- Manage projects end to end, ensuring delivery to time, budget and performance targets
- Manage a team of Marketing Executives
We’re looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and hands\-on delivery, with the confidence to engage at a senior level.
- Strong experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns
- Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders across a complex organisation
- Experience developing marketing plans that drive measurable growth
- Confident managing multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insight into clear actions

Location
This role is based within our corporate marketing function, with a hybrid working pattern and regular time spent across our office and hospital environments.
