Senior Manager for Procurement \& Contract Management at Novo Nordisk Engineering
Lead and develop a high\-performing Procurement \& Contract Management team delivering complex pharma projects. If you are a people leader who creates clarity, builds strong teams and drives performance in a project environment, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact.
Who we are
We are a leading pharma engineering company shaping the future of API pharma engineering globally. Leveraging the expertise of 2,000\+ employees across Denmark, India, and the US, we design, build and optimise pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are essential to the health and well\-being of patients everywhere.
Our success is driven by passion, innovation, and collaboration — with our customers and across our teams and disciplines. If you share our dedication to a noble cause and our passion for API pharma engineering, then NNE is the place for you.
About the role
Our Procurement \& Contract Management function has grown in scale, capability, and business importance. We now support increasingly complex and strategically important projects and are looking for a Senior Manager who can lead with clarity, strengthen collaboration, and continue building a high\-performing team.
In this role, you will lead our Procurement \& Contract Management team and play a key part in ensuring strong execution across projects, a high professional standard in delivery, and continued development of our people and ways of working.
You will lead two direct reports within procurement and contract management and work closely with a wider PCM organisation of 55 colleagues across Denmark and India. Together, the team supports large\-scale projects ranging from minor service orders to multi\-million\-kroner contracts.
Success in this role requires a leader who can combine people leadership with operational focus—someone who builds trust, develops capability, and ensures the team delivers consistently in a complex project environment.
You’ll report to the Director of Project \& Contract Management and have a visible role in shaping team capability, collaboration, and delivery quality across the function. This is an opportunity to lead in a matrix organisation where strong execution and cross\-functional teamwork are critical to success.
