About the role
We are looking for a Leadership Development Lead to join our team of highly skilled and engaged colleagues in People \& Leadership Development. As a team, we are driving on\-going organizational development initiatives and improvements, promoting an integrated approach to unleashing our full people potential.
As Leadership Development Lead, you will take ownership of NNE’s leadership track driving and project manage key transformation initiatives to strengthen NNE’s leadership track and translate strategy into impactful leadership actions. You will define, implement, and continuously evolve leadership expectations, roles, competencies, and development programmes to enable organisational performance.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation and act as a trusted partner, ensuring that our leadership approach supports both current business needs and future ambitions.

How you might spend your days
As a Leadership Development Lead, you will:
- Lead and drive the leadership track, including key transformation initiatives
- Design, develop, and execute leadership training and development programmes
- Establish and evolve leadership frameworks (e.g., roles, competences, behaviours)
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders around leadership direction
- Ensure clear and structured leadership development journeys across levels
- Monitor and continuously improve leadership initiatives to maximise impact

- Relevant academic background (Master’s degree)
- 7\+ years of relevant experience
- Significant theoretical and practical knowledge and experience within leadership and organizational development
- Proven track record of driving strategic projects end\-to\-end, and designing and delivering leadership development initiatives
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken (NNE's corporate language is English)
