The role

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics team. Based at our European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will play a vital role in building, scaling, and developing logistics operations across all our European markets. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross\-functional teams and requires strong organizational, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

This is what you will do:

• Manage end\-to\-end inbound and outbound logistics flows across markets and compounds.


• Coordinate with carriers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.


• Act as a key point of contact for operational issues and resolve disruptions proactively.


• Support flexible execution across markets as part of a shared operations team.


• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


• Develop and maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, and best practices.


• Monitor KPIs and support root cause analysis for performance deviations.


• Contribute to automation, system improvements, and data quality enhancements.


• Support logistics projects, including new market setups and process rollouts.

• High attention to detail and data accuracy.


• Collaborative mindset with the ability to support and enable team performance.


• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
