We are looking for a Senior Logistics and Procurement Manager (m/f/d) based in London who can take ownership of end\-to\-end procurement strategy and execution. You are not just managing vendors—you are building scalable, data\-driven systems that improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, and operational resilience. You will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and global partners to ensure smooth and consistent supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy Ownership:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost optimization, supplier reliability, and long\-term operational scalability.
End\-to\-End Supply Chain Management:
Oversee the full procurement lifecycle including supplier selection, contract negotiation, purchasing execution, and performance evaluation.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor procurement and operations staff, ensuring strong execution standards and continuous improvement across workflows.
Vendor \& Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while coordinating with internal teams across finance, logistics, and operations.
Data\-Driven Optimization:
Use analytics tools and procurement dashboards to identify risks, reduce costs, and improve supply chain visibility and performance.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6\+ years in procurement, supply chain, or logistics management, including at least 1–2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Track Record:
Proven experience managing supplier networks, improving procurement efficiency, and delivering cost optimization initiatives across multiple regions.
Tooling:
Strong experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms, and data analysis tools (advanced Excel and BI reporting preferred).
Language Skills:
English (C1\) required for international collaboration. Additional European language skills are a plus.

You are structured, analytical, and execution\-driven. You understand how to balance cost efficiency with operational resilience in complex, fast\-moving environments.
Pay: £6,300\.00\-£8,000\.00 per month
