Senior Lettings Consultant – Help Drive Growth in a Fast\-Moving Independent Agency

Location: Kingswood, Bristol
Salary: £25,000 basic \+ uncapped commission (OTE £27,000\+ in Year 1\)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (No weekends)

Having successfully acquired additional businesses in 2023 and 2024, we're continuing to expand and are looking for a motivated Senior Letting Consultant to help us strengthen client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to our next phase of growth.

The Role

As a Senior Letting Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting our landlords and tenants while helping to identify opportunities to grow our portfolio and strengthen our reputation in the local market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants

  • Acting as the first point of contact for property enquiries

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Running our social media channels

  • Marketing available properties in line with company standards

  • Booking and conducting property viewings

  • Recommending suitable tenants to landlords

  • Managing pre\-application enquiries and providing expert guidance

  • Generating positive customer reviews and referrals

  • Working towards targets

  • Supporting \& Assisting in business development activities and helping identify new opportunities for growth
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong customer service skills with commercial awareness and a genuine passion for property.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Lettings and compliance experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills

  • A customer\-first mindset

  • A genuine interest in property and business growth

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong IT literacy

  • Good problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities

  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail

  • The ability to manage competing priorities effectively

  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team

  • Empathy, emotional intelligence, and professionalism

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
