Senior Lettings and Sales Negotiator

Are you an experienced Lettings and Sales Negotiator with a passion for property and a talent for building relationships? Join a well-established, family-run estate agency in Tooting, with 33 years of success in the property market. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to take the reins and drive lettings performance in our friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and win new business opportunities.


• Handle the lettings process from start to finish, including viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.


• Manage incoming enquiries and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants.


• Provide clear, honest, and transparent communication to ensure a smooth lettings process.


• Oversee a portfolio of 300 managed properties, with half owned by the business owner - making your job easier.


• Stay organised and manage your workload independently, as the only Lettings Negotiator in the team.

What They Offer:

• Competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000 with the potential to earn £50K+ in OTE.


• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-4pm (with a day off in lieu).


• Use of pool cars.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in lettings, with proven valuation skills.


• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own workload.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on honesty and integrity.


• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge of the Tooting area would be an advantage.
