Job Description:

Senior IT SWAT \- Security Configuration \& Remediation Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior IT SWAT Engineer, the core duty is to deliver hands\-on advisory and technical remediation support.

Support IT teams in understanding and remediating vulnerabilities across various environments.

Provide practical remediation advice for patches, configuration changes, and hardening actions.

Advise on secure configuration guidance and help reduce recurring vulnerabilities.

Share best practices for secure operational management.

Support urgent remediation actions for critical vulnerabilities and security incidents.

Coach local IT teams to enhance their self\-sufficiency.

Facilitate continuous improvement and feed lessons into group practices.

Coordinate the IT SWAT team's efforts to manage remediation effectively.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of ten years? experience in a similar role.

Strong hands\-on experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, cloud, network, or security engineering.

Practical experience with vulnerability remediation and secure configuration.

Good understanding of enterprise technologies including Windows/Linux servers and networking.

Experience with security hardening frameworks and operational risk reduction.

Familiarity with complex enterprise environments is a major bonus.

Nice to Have:

Experience in training or coaching IT teams.

Proficiency in automation and standardization practices within IT operations.
