Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

The Elite Blueprint Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer in London to maintain, secure, and modernize our global technology infrastructure. In this vital technical role, you will oversee enterprise server networks, direct cloud integration projects, and ensure maximum uptime, system resilience, and cyber resilience across all corporate locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Architect, deploy, and support enterprise hybrid infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Hyper\-V, VMware, and SAN storage networks.


• Network \& Cloud Administration: Manage core networking components (Cisco/Fortinet firewalls, switches, VPNs, SD\-WAN) alongside Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and AWS resources.


• Security \& Cyber Governance: Implement multi\-factor authentication (MFA), patch management, zero\-trust network access, and endpoint protection aligned with Cyber Essentials Plus and UK GDPR standards.


• Disaster Recovery \& High Availability: Design, test, and maintain disaster recovery (DR) protocols, automated backup systems, and high\-availability operational procedures.


• Tier 3 Support \& Escalations: Serve as the final escalation point for complex infrastructure outages, root cause analysis, and network performance optimizations.

• 5\+ years of experience as a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Architect, or Senior Network Engineer within an enterprise corporate environment.


• Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper\-V, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud infrastructure.


• Hands\-on proficiency with network routing, switching, firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto), and network security.


• Proven track record in executing infrastructure migration projects, automation (PowerShell/Bash), and DR planning.


• Desirable: MCSE, CCNP, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ\-104\), or CISSP certification.
