Job descriptionAbout the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Independent Living Officer to lead the delivery of high\-quality independent living services across our schemes.
This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of site\-based Independent Living Officers, ensuring services are delivered consistently, safely, and to a high standard. You will play a vital part in promoting independence, wellbeing, and community engagement for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, supervise, and support site\-based Independent Living Officers, providing day\-to\-day direction and performance management
- Ensure consistent delivery of high\-quality services across all schemes
- Carry out regular site visits, monitoring standards and identifying improvements
- Promote resident independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion
- Ensure compliance with health \& safety, safeguarding, and organisational policies
- Contribute to service improvement and development initiatives
