Your Role
Initially, you'll continue to utilise your strong IFA administration experience whilst gradually taking ownership of the wider office operation.
As you develop, you'll become responsible for the smooth running of the business, helping manage workflows, supporting advisers, improving processes and leading our administration team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to progress into management.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing client servicing and annual review processes
- Supporting advisers with complex cases
- Overseeing new business processing
- Managing provider and platform relationships
- Coordinating office operations
- Improving systems and workflows
- Supporting compliance processes
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
- Supervising and mentoring administrative staff
- Working alongside the CEO on operational projects
- Helping build a premium client experience
Essential
- At least 3 years' experience within an IFA or Financial Planning practice
- Excellent understanding of pensions, investments and protection administration
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple deadlines
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues
- Experience improving business processes
- Intelligent Office, Xplan or similar CRM experience
- Working knowledge of FCA regulations
- Leadership aspirations
