Dental Associate

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Associate to join our forward\-thinking team in our Private Practice in Leamington Spa who will complete General and Cosmetic Dentistry such as Invisalign, Composite Bonding and Smile Makeovers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for high\-quality cosmetic dentistry , a commitment to clinical excellence, and experience with modern dental technologies, including intraoral scanning systems . At Beyond Dental we are changing the patients perspectice on dentistry and offering the very best patient experience.

Experience \& Skills Required:

• Cosmetic Dentistry: 1 year (preferred)


• Invisalign useful but we can mentor


• Proficiency in intraoral scanning technology (e.g., iTero,)


• Strong understanding of dental technology and equipment


• Excellent clinical standards and a patient\-focused approach


• Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development


• Fantastic at rapport building, down to earth, well spoken


• Private dentistry background minimum 2 years you must be able to show a portfolio of work.

Postgraduate Training:

Candidates must have completed be enrolled or planning to enroll in relevant postgraduate education such as:

• Tipton Training


• Aspire


• Chris Orr


• Vasant courses


• Or an MSc programme in PGdip Restorative or Aesthetic Dentistry

License/Certification:

• GDC Registration


• Professional Indemnity

Renumeration:

• £250,000 net based on four days per week (average)

Days available:

• Full time and part time due to expansion


• Monday\-Saturday
